T. J. FAGELLA
Fiction Writer
When T.J. Fagella was a young boy, his family moved from New Rochelle, just north of New York City, out to Long Island to settle in Levittown, the quintessential baby boomer town. T.J. was the second oldest in a family of six with two brothers and three sisters. Levittown was situated in the middle of Long Island, twenty minutes from the ocean to the south and twenty minutes from the Long Island Sound to the North. T.J. spent many summer days, body surfing at the ocean, fishing off the rocks on the Sound or out in a boat in the Great South Bay. He graduated from Holy Apostles College in Connecticut with a B.A. in Philosophy, became a house painter for seven years and then a Carpenter for seven more. He went back to college, graduated from UConn with an M.A. in Special Education and then went on to teach high school students with learning challenges for the next thirty years. He always liked to write stories, even as a young boy. More recently he has written and published several books. T.J. who currently lives in Southern Vermont with his wife Dottie of forty-two years enjoys visiting with his six grandchildren in Kentucky and two in New Hampshire.
ATLANTis

He and his best friend Zeke are groomed to perform a grisly mission, one that neither of them would ever have contemplated; never in a million years.

Reviews for Atlantis:
“I was able to read Atlantis and all I can say is WOW. T.J. Fagella has created an extremely powerful and provocative book. The main players in this story are high school aged kids, who find themselves in a strange place where they are manipulated into following the twisted agenda of a radical fringe group. This book is truly a compelling work about the reality of such a possibility, but also about how people, even though they have received a bad rap and a bad name for past actions, can in fact, change. Congratulations on a true masterpiece.”Douglas D., Alberta, Canada

What people are Saying About invisible
Reviews for Invisible:
"Really enjoyed this book. " the plot of the book parts were dark in nature but there was some comedic elements thrown in at just the right places to keep the story moving. Good characters and a real page turner."

"Invisible is a great read! As a high school teacher for over 30 years, I can see how this book would be appealing to teens. It moves at a fast pace, deals with real issues teens face, has great suspense, and just the right amounts of detail. It's short enough so kids won't lose focus but long enough to tell the whole story. This would be a great addition for a high school/middle school library, English class, or any place where teens need a good read."Jeff Nowakowski, Texas

T. J. is a new author to me and what a book to start with. Great personality of all the characters along with a great narrative. Fast paced and each chapter is bursting with a story that will have you hooked from the first page until the last. Highly recommended.

Another great read. This is the second book by this author that I've read. Fast paced, twists and turns throughout. What should have been an amazing trip becomes a total nightmare for two of the characters where being in a foreign country and the fact that neither speaks that country's language just adds to the troubles they face.Looking forward to the next book.

T.J. Fagella is at his BEST when dealing with the trials and tribulations of the kids. The details of Zac, Stryker and Zeke are captivating, inspiring and scary all in one. T.J. Fagella keeps you on the edge of your seat by putting each of the characters through experiences and details that are so real, you can live each one as it happens. Set in the beauty of a strange country; accusations of crimes and the need to survive cause former enemies to form a bond. Exceptional book and once started you won't be able to put it down as you live the experience. Looking for more to follow.
